Textile-facing surface
Select an outer material around the intended surface, coloration and fabric-development objective.
Reinforced Denim & Workwear
Develop cotton-facing woven structures with reinforcement placed where the fabric concept needs it, using customized covered or UHMWPE composite yarns and coordinated fabric trials.

Application Overview
A dye-compatible outer material can offer more flexibility for surface color and appearance development while the UHMWPE component remains inside the composite structure.
01 / Application Challenge
A cotton-dominant fabric may need reinforcement without replacing its full construction or visual character.
Select an outer material around the intended surface, coloration and fabric-development objective.
Keep UHMWPE within the composite structure while the selected covering material forms the exterior.
Introduce reinforcement yarn in selected areas or intervals instead of replacing the entire fabric system.
02 / Engineering View
Current fabric, yarn count direction, weave, coloration route and intended reinforcement role shape the sample plan.
Start with an existing fabric, yarn or specification when available.
Define what UHMWPE and the outer material should each do within the composite yarn.
Evaluate the yarn in a representative woven construction before production planning.
03 / Material & Solution Scope
The route may combine a cotton-facing or other dye-compatible covering direction with an internal UHMWPE component.
Supports a familiar textile exterior while keeping the reinforcement component within the yarn.
Developed around the defined reinforcement role and downstream weaving route.
Placed according to the fabric-development objective rather than as a universal recipe.
04 / Development Path
Define the target fabric, current construction or sample, processing route and development objective.
Select material roles and develop the covered or composite yarn structure.
Prepare sample yarn for the agreed downstream route.
Coordinate weaving or knitting trials with a suitable long-term partner mill.
Review fabric feedback and agree any yarn or construction adjustment.
Zhengnan manages quotation, order handling and project-based fabric supply.
Project Evaluation
Sampling is used to review the selected yarn and fabric construction. Any abrasion, tear or durability target requires project-specific evaluation and does not imply certified protective performance.
Yarn-to-Fabric
Zhengnan develops and manufactures the custom yarn, then can coordinate fabric trials with long-term partner mills. Customer communication, quotation, order handling and fabric supply remain with Zhengnan.
