Connected development
Yarn structure can be reviewed against actual fabric feedback instead of in isolation.
Yarn-to-Fabric Development & Supply
Zhengnan develops and manufactures the yarn, coordinates fabric trials and production with long-term partner mills, and can quote, accept the order and supply the finished fabric directly.

01 / Commercial Workflow
Share the target fabric, current sample or construction, processing route and development objective.
Zhengnan defines material roles and develops the covered or composite yarn structure.
Sample yarn is prepared for the agreed construction and downstream route.
The yarn enters weaving or knitting trials coordinated with a suitable long-term partner mill.
Fabric feedback informs the next yarn, construction or processing decision.
After confirmation, Zhengnan manages quotation, order handling and fabric supply.

02 / Customer Value
Yarn structure can be reviewed against actual fabric feedback instead of in isolation.
Sample-yarn and fabric-development stages can be discussed through one project channel.
Zhengnan can quote yarn, fabric or both according to the agreed project scope.
03 / Partner Production
Fabric trials and production may be carried out with Zhengnan’s long-term partner mills according to the required fabric construction and processing route. Zhengnan remains responsible for customer communication, quotation, order handling and supply.
04 / Development Sample
Depending on project availability, the discussion may include sample yarn, an available representative fabric sample, a material or yarn-structure description, initial development notes and the next sampling step.
